Empowering Rent A car on a click with personalised mobile Car application
PROBLEM STATEMENT
In order to accommodate more local people reserving cars, SUVs, and other vehicles, the mobile application has to be completely redesigned. In terms of producing user leads, the current website is ineffective

In order to solve this problem, Click a Car is working to improve a number of areas, such as customer car support, rental fees, the booking procedure, vehicle maintenance, and user interface
I've utilized competition analysis to find out what features they offer for customer service, how to make customer service better, and how simple it is for them to improve the booking job flow.
Qualitative Analysis
I Interviewed 5 to 6 potential users to understand the challenges they face while rent a car through online website. A few sample questions are listed below:
- How often do you rent a car?What factors do you consider when choosing a carrental service? - How satisfied are you with the existing car rental options in the market? - What improvements would you like to see in carresntal services? - What features do you value the most in acar rental service (e.g. pricing, vehical selection, customer service. others)? - What is your prefered method of booking a car rental serice (Online, Phone, in-person) - How important is it for you to have flexible pick-up and drop-off locations? - Have you had any particular positive and negative experiene with car renral companies in the past?

7-8 users who provided their feed-back using online Survey & 6 users were interviewed
= Survey was engaged with the Members between age group of 18 to 60 Years.
- Both Male & Females were included for the exercise.
- Individuals below 18 years are excluded from this exercise.
- Individuals who are Married / Non-married / Widows / Divorces were identified as eligible candidate for the exercise
Using the information gathered from interviewees, I developed a persona that embodies the ideal application user. The persona gave me a thorough grasp of the objectives and problems, which enabled me to come up with better solutions.
